Notes:

  • Winter Graduates:Students who will be entering university in January of the following year must vacate the St. Cuthbert Classical Academy residence before the commencement of the Winter Break.
  • Residence Requirement:On-campus dormitory and off-campus housing require a minimum stay of six months. Rooms are furnished and include essential amenities such as a refrigerator and internet.
  • Room Assignment:Unless a student has a specific request, St. Cuthbert Classical Academy reserves the right to assign students to on-site or off-site residences, and to single, double, or triple rooms.
  • Custodianship:Custodianship will end once a student is no longer enrolled at St. Cuthbert Classical Academy.
  • Health Insurance:Under the Enhanced Option, the health insurance premium covers pre-existing conditions and includes psychologist and psychiatric care.
  • Residence Availability: The school reserves the right to assign students to on-site residence, off-site residence, or homestay. When all residences are full, students may be placed with a homestay family.
  • Graduating Students: Students graduating and entering university in September must vacate the St. Cuthbert Classical Academy residence by August 25th of the same year.
  • Domestic Students: Domestic students are not required to purchase health insurance.

Refund Policy

  • If a student is unable to obtain a valid Student Visa from the Canadian Immigration Authority, to enter Canada to study at St. Cuthbert Classical Academy, the academy will refund the fees paid EXCEPT the application fee of CAD $250.
  • If a student withdraws IN processing for Student Visa, or AFTER obtaining a Student Visa, the academy will refund none of the fees paid.
  • There is NO REFUND of ANY fees ON or AFTER the commencement of the semester.
  • To request a refund, any student must return ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS issued from St. Cuthbert Classical Academy and THE ORIGINAL REJECTION LETTER from the appropriate government authorities, along with A REQUEST IN WRITING for the refund prior to the commencement of the semester stated on the Letter of Acceptance.

The Academy’s Tuition Fee Policy

  • When a student is asked by St. Cuthbert Classical Academy to withdraw from the academy as a result of disciplinary action, no payment refund will be granted.
  • Students who require additional courses beyond the initial payment (seven or ten-course package), or who wish to take additional courses, or upgrade a course are required to pay an additional fee in advance as indicated above. The tuition fee for one additional course/upgrade is CAD $2,600.
  • If a student drops a course, with the principal’s approval and before 6 school days from the date the student started the course, the tuition fee for the course will be credited to the next semester. The tuition fee will not be credited to a future semester if the course is dropped after 5 school days from the date the student started the course, and the full tuition fee for the course will be charged. A Course Drop Form must be completed by the student and approved by the principal.
  • The tuition fee for Canadian and foreign students, with landed Canadian immigrant status, is 85% of the tuition fee for Overseas/Visa students. The remaining fees are the same for all students.
